93 Cougar-radiator problem??

Hello all!

Was driving down the highway yesterday and heard a loud pop, and saw smoke coming from under the hood of my car. Pulled over, etc. Car will not start and now when I pour water down the radiator cap, it all spills out.

Is this a busted radiator hose? I have never experienced this problem and could use some help in isolating the problem.
