96 Voyager Key-in-Ignition reminder

On my 1996 Plymouth grand Voyager the key-in-ignition reminder buzzer does not work...is there a simple fix?
Also, the seatbeat buzzer doesn't work...maybe they're releated?

you could check the fuses and relays, might be one of them.
