Have you tried twisting the rubber boot until it rotates on the plug freely? Heat & age make the boots very difficult to remove. Once you break the initial bond between the plug & boot, keep twisting and pulling on the boot (not the wire) until it breaks loose. It helps to take a slight break in between attempts!

you might even have to get to the point where you use a little pair of channel locks on the boots to twist them loose, especially one the back ones.

I wouldnt plan on re-using them, because you may end up damaging them. Be sure you get yourself some dielectric grease to put on the new install so you dont have to go through that again.

If these are the original ignition wires which are only supposedly good to 100K miles then the best thing to do is replace them as mentioned because they will most likely get damaged in the process of removal or you may get misfire DTCs after tugging on them. What makes removal difficult especially on the rear bank spark plugs is the metal heat shield in which caution must be exercised not to damage them with pliers, channel locks or vice grips.

I recommend using the AC Delco Premium Silicone 7mm replacement wires which are excellent and the best around.
