You should see a doctor about that ... LOL
There's a switch in the steering column (against the lock cylinder) and the module is under the dash somewhere. I can't tell you where on your car, because I don't have a lot of experience with the bathtub style car, but on my car it's on the fuse panel.

(I just had to have the funny title, it was the first one that came into my odd mind XD)
I also noticed, when I leave my blinkers on for a long time, there's no chime either.
