idle speed fluctuating

Hi folks, my 03 altima idle speed fluctuates. I already cleaned the TB as suggested by other threads. I also did the idle/air volume relearn. But after all my effort the idle speed still fluctuates between 1500-2000! Please help!

When you say 'fluctuates', are you saying that your idle speed jumps up and down constantly on your tachometer? Does this happen when your are in gear or in neutral (or possibly it could be both)? Is your check engine light on because of this? Did the problem seem to happen spontaneously or can you recall any maintenance or repairs done to the car that may have unintentionally triggered this problem? The more specific you are the more we can help!
