They never will learn. Ask any teenager and they will say something like "I'm not that dumb", "it won't happen to me", or "I know how to drive" until they seen first hand how ignorant they are, they won't learn. :disappoin

Another shame; and an example of how the racers' irresponsibility can affect other people.
Not to say the victims were blameless; walking on a highway in the middle of the night isn't too smart.
