2006 toyota solara keyless entry instructions help

Does anybody know hoy to program my keyless remote for a 2006 toyota solara...thanx

I followed the instructions for jsherry 68 here post just abouve this one and it worked on my 06 just fine, it was slightly diferent though but worked
pm me if you have problems
sometimes you have to do it a few times to get it working the timing is important
