hot engine-No Heat?

my buick Has anitfreeze coolent in it and the engine will warm to 176 degrees but only cold air is comeing out of the vents I'm confused. I took the hose of the block where I thought the thermostat was but there was nothing there not shure if it's gone or if I just looked in the wrong spot and help would be awsome its just fricken cold. :evillol: Wi isnt the warmest place :smile:
