factory alarms

I have two 98 villagers, both have factory installed alarms, we have lost the "clicker" for one of vans. The other van has both "clickers". My question is does anyone know if one of the "clickers" can be reprogramed or whatever to unlock the other van? is this a dealer thing? thanks
