I have a 2004 Supercharged SS and had the power steering pump replaced. I checked the guys work after he did it and the pump was way over full so I pulled the fluid out until it was at proper fill mark. so progressivley the power steering has gotten worse til the point where it quit working at times and my fluid is airated and bubbly. I have continuosly tried bleeding it by holding it max pressure and checking the level. everytime the level is @ full. the only thing i have not done is put a vaccum on it. I have driven on it for awhile to and still has not gotten the air out of it.:banghead:

you must have a leak in a hose, air doesn't just appear in the pump.... Just My Opinion
