knee blocker

Hi, I was going to replace my flasher for my turn signals as they quit working. I need to remove the knee blocker first. THis is a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic. How do I remove the blocker to gain access to the flasher? Thank you.

I may be wrong, but on my Cherokee, there is no need to remove this panel. You should be access the flasher by just by going underneath the dash.
