Is the fluid like rear end oil or tranny fluid. I have a 4X4 2000 Blazer. Transfer case is low and I hear a humming noise when driving. Also I see what looks like a couple of drops of dex cool (orange ) at the bottom of the front differential . is that possibly transfer case fluid. I can't see how anti freeze would be there.

What transfer case?
The 136 and 236 and 246 use GM auto-trac blue gm fluid GM12378508
All others use Dexron 111 or mercon/dexron and do not use the gm type 4 transmission fluid newer stuff.
236 and 246 Should be serviced and flushed with service and GM auto trac fluid.
If low you need to find the leak before it burns up the treansfer case.
If pink dexcool orange coolant on front rear end it has been spilt or you have a coolant ststem leak.
Pressure test coolant system.
Watch water pump and hoses and intake gaskets.
For the hard to find coolant leaks thet make a dye leak test fluid to put in the coolant system.

236 or 246 transfer case?
The part no may have been changed but it is known as the GM Blue auto-trac transfer case fluid.
Needs service and flushed ever so often.
Serveral TSB's out there on it.
Drain and fill up and drive and then drain and refill.
It is a Dealer idem/part.
Good Luck
