91 bonneville won't crank

hey my name is kyle and i just joined the site a few minutes ago. I bought a 91 bonneville from a friend of mine last july for 700 bucks. the car has 200,000 miles on it but he claims he rebuilt the top end of the motor and replaced the tranny with a refurbished tranny with 70,000 on it. Well when i bought the car it was ok for a couple of months then all of the sudden at work one day i went to go start it and it wouldn't even crank so i took the starter out and had it tested and it was great. so i replaced the battery and it fired right up. a few days later my heat stopped working cuz of my water pump was leaking like crazy so i replace the water pump and the belt while i had the belt off, and the the lower radiator hose blew. so i replaced that then the car ran fine up until now. i was driving to my grandmothers house just this past saturday and i hit a pot hole but it still ran fine until i got there. so as i'm going to leave my grandmothers house i go out to the car to leave and now it's doing the exact same thing as last summer. i go to start the car and it won't crank, just one single click from the starter and thats it. tested the battery and it had 13.6 volts. Now i have a baby on the way and i cant even get my fiance to a doctor because my 17 year old bonnie keeps breakin down. so can anyone please help???

Did you check all your cables are clean and all grounds.Do the lights come on or no power at all, check the ICM connections.

yea i have checked everything that i could possible think of..i disconnected every connection between the battery and the starter and cleaned everything, reconnected everything snug, and still nothing...a couple of times before this happened though, i was having problems starting the car because twice within the last week if the car had been sitting and not started for 24 hours i would have to crank it on and off for about 20 mintues to get it started, but then it would run fine once started so i don't think it could be a weak fuel pump....i really think this time its going to take more money to fix it than what it's worth and what i have! :headshake

Did you check and clean the negative cable also? Have you had the battery tested under load? During your 20 min attempt to start, do you here the starter engage, or just click? Have you tried to jump the purple wire on the starter solenoid to the positive battery cable?
