power window switch light

I have a 99 Venture. Anyone know if the light inside the power window switch (pass side) is replacable, and if so, how do you replace it? This is the light that illumiates when your headlights are on so you can easily find the switch in the dark. Thanks!

Negative on the replacement. I just took my old drivers side switch completely apart and it has a diode soldered to the switch plate which supplies the light and it was impossible to get the buttons off without destroying the attachment points. They assemble the switch (solder & all) and then pop on the switch cap.
