cleveland spots?

i didnt know exactly where to put this, since i didnt see another area that pertained to it... anyone from the cleveland/ akron area of ohio know where we would be able to go to find some races? i know about the great northern spot, but anything other than that?

Trust me...there's not shit in Cleveland. Drive down to Columbus, make friends at OSU and chill down there.

Street races generally happen on the street last time I checked... that's a good place to start.;)

Get on 270 and get off at the Broad St. exit on the East side of the city. Make a left hand turn and go about 5-6 miles. You will pass several gas stations and fast-foodjoints. After going that 5 miles or so you will come up to a road on the left. Its called Rosehaven or Rosecrest. Every Fri-Sat night people are there lining them up from around 10-12pm...

Its a hoot. You should come up next weedend. Unless its raining or something its usually on. Oh, and bring some liquor it helps keep you warm...

270 to west broad street, old k-mart parking lot....half the thrill is not getting caught right? :lol: they migrated up phillipi to fisher road but don't stay too long. usually race there after 11 p.m. off and on till as late (or early) as 7 a.m. saturday mornings.

I'm not saying whatever anyone is doing is wrong or right. I would like to know where the police cruise, even if I am legal, so I can stay away. If your going to make a 2 hour drive why not swing by and watch someone try to outrun the cops???

I'm confused by your response. I said: police lurk on the Internet. So that would be where they are at. Some night when they have nothing better to do, they'll crash your party since they know where you meet. On any street racing forum, no one posts where they meet or race unless they don't plan on racing at that time. It just isn't a smart thing to do.

If you will notice "where police lurk" is a modifier for Internet, not for racing places. The police have before crashed our parties and one spot has been blacklisted due to its frequent usage on the local forums.

That is where the police cruise, you have a window to race in, but thats where they patrol. I wouldn't post a spot where they didn't patrol, I doubt I would tell someone if they sent me a pm for that very reason.....
