i think they're pretty effective... at first i thought it was a trailer for a new Saw movie!

Almost all commercials suck now days. Have you seen the toyota commercial where they claim the FJ cruiser is "the king of offroad"? I have yet to see one anywhere but a paved road. Even in their commercial it's only on a snow covered road. And that one with the Corolla!? Cutting blowfish while driving... sleeping badgers!?

I remember watching Saturday morning cartoons and seeing a cartoon fish in a pond outside a house. A boy starts brushing his teeth and uses up all the water in the pond and the fish yells at him. "Save Water"... same commercial, simply for an older audience. The difference? I cared back then. Now, I don't care enough.

That commercial did nothing for me but think...wow. I want that part of my life back. I like Toyota's Tacoma commercials though. They're funny.

I think the Tundra commercials are the best Toyota has out at the moment. The reality testing is the best way to sell the trucks imo
