I was uner the impression if you installed a turbo that u need a bov or bpv? If not what do u use to replace the bov?

Why do you want to put an aftermarket BOV onto an MR2? Putting an aftermarket BOV that vents into the atmosphere will cause the car to run rich and possibly die at idel. That's do to the fact the 91-95 MR2's had an AFM vs a MAP sensor. If you have an MR2 Turbo or are doing a turbo swap, it should have a stock BPV/BOV. If you really need an aftermarket one, I believe HKS does make one (or they did) that will bolt to to the stock flange...and you can route it back into the system like you are suppose to.
If you have a gen 3 swap, those use a MAP sensor, so this shouldn't be an issue.
