question about sir headlights

im probably gonna pick some up within the next month or two but I was wondering...

if i take off the bumper and bumper filler, will they match up to the corner signals?
do I need any kind of bracket or can I modify my stock ones?

they are gonna get shaved into the kit (probably ww) aswell as the bumper signals same as the pic below but with bumpers too of course :)

I think they are the same lights as on my civic (pictured below) they have the clip on side lights, which are held in by one screw to the head light and slide onto the wing, so they should fit OK if you have the 90-91 wings, if not some moddifying will be needed

I think your headlights are similar in shape to the us lights...except they're plastic and have one bulb..the sir lights are longer....

the lights will not work with your hood... (you didnt mention anything about that)... they'll work ok with a stock bumper as long as you get the filler piece...or I'm sure a ww kit can be modded...the corners are exactly the same size/shape as the us corners so you'll be fine there..

sorry they did look the same and Myfirst4thgen when i started at the forum said i had ZC headlights and i thought they were the same as Sir ones Sorry :silly:

EF_LSVtec has the full conversion, and as I understand it got a C/F SiR hood, and an SiR bumper, but is still running stock fenders.

If you do get the WW kit, shave the bumper lenses ... although I say get a different kit, the WW is played out.

it may be played but it is one of the best, if not the best, looking kit for a 4th gen in my personal opinion...

Dont get me wrong, I still think its a great kit, but shaving the bumper lenses would be a nice personalized touch.

..or since you're getting an sir front end...mod it to accept the wrap around bumpers...I was about to do that on my car....

Hey Leigh, i think your idea would be great, and deffinatly put on the Wrap Around bumper lights on the bumper, and i think all you will need is the hood, headlight (w/ brackets) and corner lights....... Thats it i think

you dont necessarily need the corners..although the stanley corners are much cleaner in my opinion...but the stockers fit fine..
