Stereo Problem, any help???

Hey you guys,

well...a couple of months ago, my car got stolen and the people who stole it cut the wires to my stereo. They wire in the back that connects to the microphones. I don't know how to fix it. Can I just go and buy new wires for the microphones???? Can anyone help???
