alarm system stuck on!!

help.. alarm stuck on we have diconnected battery cables turn keys in doors its still wont go off.. is there a box with hot wire i can cut to dismantle it just do away with it?

Not sure if this will help, but worth the try. Have same problem and am living with it by removing a relay in fuse box that I heard clicking when lights were blinking and horn going off. Pulled horn fuse and this relay and all is well. Have put back horn fuse to see if it will go off when I unlock door. Yea I also do not have the remote anymore as I am the unteenth owner. I have a 1999 Cirrus if this helps.
