wierd grinding from pass. side (in dash)

i have a '00 GT and it makes a grinding noise from what sounds like the dash on the pass. side when i first take off, when i shift and the rpms drop, and when im accelerating between 2 & 3 thousand rpms. dont know if its a pump (which i cant find one in that area) cv, or strut. please help !!! that and the TOB sux like everyone elses on here (causing slipping)http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=006&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=160205397889&rd=1 want to know if exedy clutch is worth a shit, im guessing the one im looking at performs like stock.

is it a grinding or a squeaking? If it's squeaking then it might be motor mounts, otherwise it could be a lot of things. CV joints, axel, hub, control arm...you name it with drivetrain and it could be a problem.

its like a grinding/ticking noise. ive just bought 4 gabriel struts and skunk2 springs, hopefully that will help a bit. might as mod while im down there. also got exedy clutch. let me know what you think kit could be.
