1.3 has no acceleration when it’s cold

My 98 Chevy Metro (Suzuki Swift) 1.3 has no acceleration when it’s cold. If I come to a stop and then start to take off it crawls until it gets some speed built up. Once it warms up, in a couple of miles, it takes off like a rocket.

It does intermittently run rough at a stop light sometimes, but not all the time.

It’s not setting any codes and my mechanic doesn’t have a clue, can anyone help?
