problems filling up tank

I have a 2004 explorer sport trac. Any time I fuel up I have to trickle gas in or it spews out on the ground. I dropped the tank and checked for obstructions in fill line and even blew out vent lines. My check engine light stays on and I took it to auto zone and had the guy put a code reader on it and it gave me codes for the evap system.Any suggestions?????

Did you get the exact codes from AutoZone? On the OBD-II system, there are numerous codes for the EVAP system. Having the exact codes, by number, will help out.
It sounds like the EVAP vent valve or purge solenoid may be causing your slow fill, but again, having the exact codes will likely help narrow your search.
