Just wondering what I should know before I take my "02" 3.5 into the shop for a full flush, lube and refill of the entire A/C system... THX Again!

Hi
did you have/do any A/C work? I know that a flush is often called for after a compressor failure to ensure no foreign matter is stuck in the freon lines/fittings. But Flushing the system to my knowledge is not a routine process. If you have leaked all the freon, certainly finding and repairing a leak prior to a proper refill is important.

Yeah unless there was some work performed or you had a leak that is not a routine procedure. The refrigerant should last the life of the vehicle unless there is a problem of some kind. Occasionally you can benefit from adding some to the system, but thats generally because of a small leak.

Well, it appears when I check my R134 level with the gauge I am in the red (Danger) It appears I may have a blockage in one of my lines because my compressor is kicking on. BTW I am the original owner of the "02" and I never serviced the A/C. So...
