The right wiper will not make the full arc and then slaps back down into place. The left one works fine. Any suggestions?
(I have read all the forums on windshield wipers)

Check the hold-down nut on that wiper. If it is loose, then reposition the wiper arm and torque it down (17 ft-lbs) while holding the arm in place.
If it is tight, then the arm may just be out of position...loosen said nut, reposition and re-torque.
Also, check the pivot shaft itself. Remove the wiper arm and turn it on. It should rotate straight. You can grab it with your fingers and try to wiggle it, too. It shouldn't budge. If it wobbles, then the plastic mount that holds it is broken. You'll have to remove the cowling to replace it.
Finally, there are long rods under the cowling that connects the right arm pivot shaft to the motor. The plastic ends may be worn or broken. You'll need to go find a replacement in the junkyard/used parts.
Please, don't forget to give us what year, engine size, and type of truck you've got.
Hope this helps!

I got the right windshield wiper to work!! Woo-Hoo! The nut was tight so I loosened it a little and tightened it. Still wouldn't work. So, I took the nut completely off and tried to get the arm off of the bolt but it would budge. So, I decided to reposition the arm a little higher up on the windshield and then tightened the bolt. It made the full arch to clean the windshield!!!
