Question about s-10

I have a question about my 1998 s-10 it is making a weird noise whenever i hit a bump with my right front tire that is the only time it makes the noise it sounds like a bump usually just one it just started doing it yesterday it will not do it unless it is rolling


any suggestion is appreciated
