Clean Brakes

I just bought a new Toyota Corolla. I live on a dirt road that gets pretty muddy during heavy rains or in the springtime when the snow melts. I'm worried about my brakes.
Is there something I can do to clean the brakes, particularly the disc part to avoid too much mud/dirt building up on them??

Garden Hose. Very simple. Or, if you want a dry method, compressed air. I am sorry if this is not technical enough, but this is the easiest way. If you are worried about the water on your brakes, then take a quick ride, and brake a few times. That will warm your brakes right up.

Like civic1784 said just hose it off. Mud is only a problem if it gets behind the pads and dries. Or if it clogs the ABS wheel speed sensor. If the mud gets behind the pad it will make noise and you can just clean it out. If it clogs the sensor then the ABS light will come on.
Good place to ask for tips is with the off-roaders, they know all about these issues.
