2002 Automatic Fog Lights?

Is there a way on a 2002 1500 LS to make the foglights come on everytime the lights come on instead of pushing the button all the time? Also i have a factory AUX LIGHTS button around the radio area that doesnt seem to do anything, is that part of the SNOW PLOW prep package that my truck seems to have?
