Torque converter lockup relay 94 Tracker

I have a 94 Tracker 1.6liter 3speed auto 2wd . Could someone please tell me where the Torque converter lockup relay is located at. If you have any testing specs on it, that would be greatly appreciated also. Mainly I just want to locate it first. Thank you in advance for your time
