Loss of power,gap in exhuast on 94 caprice LT1

Hi, first post. I was just turning through an intersection, when I heard a noise, don't know how to describe it and then I had a very noticeable loss of power, almost stopped in the intersection.
After that the car was making the usual sound you hear from a car missing part of the exhaust system. When I floor it, it makes lousy low end power but when the rpm climbs up high it starts running and sounding at least half decent I pulled over in a gas station and I saw underneth the car a gap in the exhaust where exhaust was comming out on the left pipe. This explains alot.
What is kind of odd is that there is light blue smoke comming out the RIGHT exhaust tip, possible from burning oil. I parked it over night and the smoke appears to be gone for now but not sure. Would such a big powerloss at low rpms, and blue smoke out the other tailpipe be from just a gap in the exhast system? and also, what could have caused it? sorry for the lengthy explaination.

if manifold exhaust flange broke off a large exhaust leak would cause the knock sensors to retard timing this will make engine run hotter and low power...........fix exhaust leak/issues and hopefully thats all.......
