Long time reader and first time poster! I am currently working on two Honda Accord models - JACCS and PIAA Tamiya Kits. I have read through most of the how to's on here but havent been able to find one about how to paint Door Lines and Bonnet lines. I've spent a while doing the interior/underneath of these models and the last thing i'd want is to ruin the body.

Here is an example:

P.s sorry for using your picture Primera Man, but its just such a good example :grinyes:

Fine-tip Gundam markers (http://www.hlj.com/product/GNZGM01) are what I use but I'm sure others will also chime in with some helpful results and preferences. :)

I use flat black acrylic paint mixed (equal parts) with dishwashing liquid and a little more water. This makes the mixture very thin and it easily wicks into the panel lines. It's also very easy to clean up, even after drying. Light pressure with a Qtip will take it off.

FWIW, it also works very well for shading effects on engines and interiors.
