Failed Emissions Test, couple of questions.- Alero

Okay so my 99 alero failed its emissions test today. I got the paper back with all of the codes and what they are.

Here is the list:

P0113: Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High
P0753: Shift Solenoid "A" Electrical
P0758: Shift Solenoid "B" Electrical
P1810: Manufacturer Controlled Transmission
P1860: Manufacturer Controlled Transmission

So I know the major problem is the Oxygen Sensor. I put in a shitty intake and this is what I get for doing it.

Now my question is can I put back in the stock factory intake without any problem? Because I don't want to go through the trouble of taking out the shitty intake and finding out the stock one cannot be put back in.

Either way, I will have to pay alot in repairs, I just had the transmission "fixed" a month or two ago, apparently not.

Can anybody tell me more about the codes?

There is no 02 code there, the int. air temp sensor looks like it is disconnected, it is in the duct to the TB. Shift solenoid codes can be internal or electical connections to the trans, I'd have the trans shop recheck this.

My buddy and I are going to put back in the factory intake and reconnect the 02 sensor. I know exactly where it is and when we put in the shitty intake, I noticed there was nowhere to plug it in. :banghead:
