Parking on an angle?

My parking space is pretty mangled and won't be fixed until spring.
The right side of the car is about 8-10 inches higher than the left where parked overnight. Will this screw with the fluids (or suspension) in the car? Should I let it idle on flat ground to even fluids out for a few minutes before driving?
I realise parking on hills is done often, but that is usualy front to back angle, not side to side, and I know nearly nothing about cars ;-)
No harm done?

if fluids are at correct levels, there shouldn't be much of a problem, but i don't know if there were any long term studies to prove that.
