I found the meanings behind the vin numbers on dsm..
Digit(s) Meaning Value(s)
1 Country code
4 = USA
?= Canad
2 Make
E = Eagle
P = Plymouth
A = Mitsubishi

4 Seatbelt type
B = Manual (1G)

I think it's pretty cool, my car is #2000. And a good number are crashed for the first few off the line, so mine was one of the first out of the factory. Anyone else have any cool # for the serial number (the last numbers after E)?
Another is #7000. One is #159000 (not sure how many were made, but seems really high)
