2003 Heater Controls

I have a 2003 Venture and the button on the control panel that makes the air recirculate stopped working.

I have also had a problem with no heat going to the floor since this thing was new, and when in A/C it seems like air flow is restricted.

Any ideas/help is appreciated.

the actuator is on the passengerside under the cover. pop the little black clips out and the cover comes off. now move the control and see if you have a lose or broke vac hose.does the light still come on when you push the recirculate button?have you changed the cabin air filters in the back of the glovebox there are two of them.

I just did some dash work on my 98 and I decided to see if I could replace some burned out bulbs on the HVAC panel under the radio (you cant, they soldered regular bulbs in them!) anyways, I noticed that the fan controls selector is vacumn operated and there is two clips one on each side and one side was popped out. Try looking at yours if you havent already to see, you might have a slight vacumn leak.
