I believe the caliper to bracket bolts are 15mm, but I havent messed with brakes in a while....I think the bracket to knuckle bolts are either 13 or 14mm.
Either way, its either 13,14, or 15, haha I know that doesnt narrow it down, but if you have even a cheap socket set, you should have all three.
As for the air pump, it is mainly an emissions device, its the little pump located basically behind the front bumper on the driver side, if you pull the driver headlight you can see it down there. If im not mistaken it takes the stored vapors from the gas tank and injects them into intake air stream. The car shouldnt really run any different, you might notice a slight decrease in gas mileage though.

matt,
I beleive that you can just leave the pump alone and the engine will run ok. It only comes on at startup if the temperature is above freezing to say 40 or 50 degrees or so. It comes on only for about 1/2 a minute and once again a little later on just for a couple of seconds.
I would check with your province or state to see if the law requires the dealer to have an 8 year warranty on emissions devices on your car. You may get it replaced or fixed for free by the dealer if this is the case.

it was 15 mm i got the brakes and tune up done.its in getting an alignment and tierod right now.car seems to run fine without the pump just that service engine light bugs me.i can clear the code but it comes back in a day or so.other than that i just haft to fix the throttle sticking.seems to be the tps from no pedal to lightly pushing it it sticks and takes force to open the throttle then moves freely but then it doesnt lways return eithier.

You might take the TB off and give it a good cleaning, if you havent done it, it probably couldnt hurt anyway.
I had a similar issue off and on, sprayed the heck out of the spring assembly with WD-40 on the TB, but I think I cleaned it shortly after that, either way it went away.

While you are cleaning the throttle body, you may as well clean the MAF sensor and check the air filter.
