1995 XLT Courtesy Lights won’t shut off

Any experience with Courtesy Dome light not shutting off. When the doors are closed the dome light is duller that when the door(s) are open, there seems be less power. I have changed the door switches and the headlight switch.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
