Help!!fuel Pump Problems With 95 Tahoe

when i turn my key, and the fuel pump primes, it makea a loud, screaming noise, that takes much longer than it should for a noumal pump to prime. i just replaced the whole unit two months ago. when i drive it, it seems as though its"bogging" or starving for fuel when i step on it....and the pump seems to be quite noisy as well....someone help me out!!!
