The one on the right could look real with a little more sanding and accentuation of the head.

Wow nice bottles. Are you going to do a valve a the top or are you going to let it like this??

Ok.. here is how I made them (no pic on the how to yet)

What you need:

1 Stick of glue (hot glue.. those that go in glue gun) get a small one (will be the diameter of the bottle)

1 pin with round head
1 Candle
1 Paint

So, you need to play with fire, so kids, ask your mom or your wife :D before

1. Take the glue stick.. put it over the candle (do I need to tell you that the candle is lit  )

Keep the glue stick at about 1 or 2 inch of the flame.
When you see the glue is translucent and start to melt, get out of the candle and make circle with ths stick...

If you make it as it should, you will get a round end (will be the top)

2 Let dry for 20 minute or so

3. now you get the round end, cut the glue stick at the length you want.

4. take your small pin with a round head.. introduce it in the stick on the round side (the top)... You can heat up a bit the glue and the pin to help fitting

5. wait 20 minute again, Paint it the color you want and place a NOS decal when is done

I hope you understand, my english isn't perfect, I will try to make picture and give a better "how to" in pdf

You can make 2 NOS bottle with 1 stick (you can make 3, but dont burn yourself ! i burn my finger 3 time this week and it does hurt...

You can also make custom Exhoust and gauge with gluestick. and the best, they cost near 1$ for 10 :D

Thanx a lot for the help!

I made mine out of a pencap and a lego earlier, but they looked 1/18 instead of 1/24.

For the valve you could use a LEGO, theres one that looks perfect for it, ill try to get a pic of it later.
