GTP '99 Blower issues

Hey guys,
Ok here's the deal. I have replaced my blower resistor and my fan still has issues.
I have full speed (5) after I turn my headlights off and on. But I never have fan speeds 1-4 at all. I did have the speeds about two months ago. But they died after the LCD went off for good.
My LCD display went out after being an intermittant off/on thing.
Any suggestions?:banghead:

Welcome to AF.
What LCD display are you referring to? Another common problem that may cause your problem is a bad ignition switch. For position 5 there is a blower hi-speed relay so the blower gets 12 volts directly off battery supply and not via the ignition switch to the climate control unit.
