Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to "perform the fuel pressure relief procedure" like my hayes manual says...so I can change my fuel filter?? cause I don't really want to remove the"dog house " just to replace the filter

ok so i figured it out on my own(how to relive the fuel pressure) .....but now I have another question...I've been having a p300 code and now my check engine light is off and seems like my van has more power?....would changing the fuel filter have solved my problem????

P0300 indicates random cylinder miss fire and is usually caused by secondary ignition problems. However, if the fuel filter restricts the fuel flow excessively, it's possible that it would set the P0300.
