1991 Camaro RS fuel filter

I just bought a 1991 camaro RS and there is a fuel restriction so I went looking for the filter to replace it but I cant seem to find it. I followed the lines and it seem to leed directly to the pump. I was wondering if anyone knew where it was and could tell me exactly.

Not on the drivers side just in front of the rear axle??? The 2.8 in the s-10 trucks had the filter hidden behind the power steering pump, I never owned a 2.8 camaro so I don't know if they did it with them too.

I have a 91 camaro but it has a 3.1 in it. The gas filter was in the back of the car , located forward of the fuel tank on the rear crossmember.
