1999 rodeo surging

have a 1999 rodeo V-6,4 wheel drive, with 110,000 miles,cel came on, engine idles good,but when driving getting a surging at about 2000 rpm,s took it to autozone and had it checked, its showing code p0135,(O2 sensor bad, or poor connection)and p1135(pedal position sensor a circuit intermitten) not sure where to start with this,any help would be useful, thanks

if you have an app sensor your Rodeo is not a 99 its 2000 or newer if it is a bad app sensor it needs to be adjusted ot 11% when replaced you may have to take it to the dealer for this the 02 code may be a broken wire in the engine harness or a bad o2 sensor
