Hello,
I have a 2002 saturn sl2. I recently changed the transmission. Well, it wasn't a perfect job. I have to shift little bit further so when I shift to drive, I have to shift all the way to 3 rd gear. Well, after transmission change, there was sound from right wheel (sounded like metal grinding to each other) Afterwards, my alignment is messed up. When I center the wheel, it goes, towards right alot. Can this be caued by replacing transmission???
Thank you

the tranny isn't causing the steering wheel being off (or a pull, hard to tell which it is by your description)
If you pulled a craddle or K member while doing the tranny, and didn't get it aligned perfectly on reassembly, that will definitely cause problems afterwords.
If you unbolted the rack and didn't get the pinion shaft aligned properly....
and there's always the chance that you simply damaged something without being aware of it, of course.
