Lifters got louder?

Hello, After installating 99 lifters to get my ticks to go away it got a little louder. I know from other threads that air got in from not priming it for a whiile, but ive been letting it idle for about 10 minutes and the sound is not going away. It did die a little after idleing past 10 minutes, but the tick is still noticably louder than before. Any suggestions?
