2000 Monte Carlo

My father has a 2000 Monte Carlo that he already sold.The wipers come on when the turn signals are used.Sometimes the brake lights comes,sometimes not and pulse once a while.My father has put in a new wiper motor,used turn signal switch.the grounds are good and he tested them.Any ideas
