Need engine power specs of 323i

Anyone know the actual torque rating for the 2000 323i? Also, I know it has 170bhp, but at what rpm?

Also, when are the scheduled major tune-ups? Please specify it by mileage, i.e.: is it at 36,000Km, 60,000Km, etc.?? I am in Canada, so I use Kilometers, but your answers in "miles" is fine with me.
