Canada's getting Evolutions? MAN, I'm behind the times lol. They're probably making them at limited amounts available to test waters, cuz everyone in Canada drives a truck :icon16:

Just read an article on it. The FMIC is too far in front of the bumper. When in a frontal collision, the IC is prone to instant damage and/or needs replacement.

Seems to me that insurance companies in Canada are too cheap to pay for a new FMIC.

For me? I'm not in Canada last I checked lol. I have bare minimum, just liability... paying like $530 every 6 months, so $1060 a year. That was on a plan with 3 other cars and the car technically in my Dads name. This weekend it gets switched over to mine, with no other cars at that address, and added rentals insurance. So it may go up OR down. We'll see.

EDIT: That's a 22 yr old male with a clean record (1 accident not faulted, 1 cleared ticket) with no student discounts anymore or anything. This is with Farmers Insurance.

I pay $1200 a year, or $105 a month.
I'm with Geico, 21 year old male with 1 speeding ticket not too fast. And another speeding ticket, doing 105mph. Still pay the same amount.:grinyes:

Insurance also matter a lot on location. I think that's actually the biggest factor. It's all in the zip code. Since I'm in the city, it's more expensive than the suburbs (usually). But again, that depends on what suburb then too. My area of the city isn't too bad, but since the street racing presence is very large (been declining though), there are more accidents and speeding tickets within my age group, thus making MY rates go up. Man, talk about losing.
