v-40 alternator replacement???

I've worked on several american, japanese, cars, can handle tools, never worked on 2000, v-40, r they hard to get to, do i need to remove a lot of other parts, any special tools, tips, tricks, to know, to replace one,, they dont have a book on it yet,. i want to do it myself. any help out there, shoutout,,, thanks
