Hey all...
I have a 93 voyager...3.0..went to install a new t-stat..
one of the bolts turned a hair then the head snapped off..
the other one came out rough ..it was crapped up.
My question is...what can I do to extract the other bolt without having to replace the intake....
any thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated...

If the head snapped off, then you've been able to remove the T-stat housing, right? If that's the case, the the remaining portion of the bolt is sticking up quite a ways out of the manifold and has easy access, right? If so, I'd go to work on it with a pair of vice grips. If that didn't pan out, I'd weld a new bolt onto it, and use the hex of the new bolt to twist it out. That's been my most succesful method to date. Welding a washer and nut on as suggested in one of the links is a good suggestion too.
